It is an Embraer corporate program whose objective is to prepare new engineers for product development, working in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments. In partnership with ITA, it offers the title of professional master's degree in aeronautical engineering recognized by the MEC.
Embraer's own brand of education, focused on disseminating the culture of learning globally and in line with market trends. EMpower is designed in a learning HUB model and includes corporate programs, academies and learning platforms. Different learning solutions are offered, which can be accessed from anywhere, at any time and by all Embraer employees.
